You were given Pantone's color predictions for Spring to draw inspiration from. What colors did you end up selecting and why? "I chose all of them except for palace blue and lucite green. I LOVED the color palette and was especially drawn to the colors that I don't usually work with."

What does Springtime mean to you? "A time for new beginnings."

How did you try to translate that into your work? "Well first, the title obviously :) And then the choice to have my little characters "coming up" with new leaves ~ they are celebrating the beginning of a new time!! And then there's that beautiful, shiny, yellow green that is present only on springtime leaves ~ inspires me every time. And I just happen to have some sprouting on a hedge outside my living room window. They made it into this painting."

Will you sell this wallpaper as a print? "Yes, the print size is 8.5 x 11", $35, available here."

Complete this sentence, "I'd love if someday, oh so many things....but one that's on my mind these days, is if I lived in Europe part of the time."
